Product Manager II - Fraud

About the role

Kraken is seeking a Product Manager II to lead the strategy, roadmap, and delivery of fraud prevention solutions. You will work across engineering, legal, finance, risk and external partners to build secure, compliant systems that protect users while maintaining a smooth experience for legitimate clients.

Key responsibilities

• Own product strategy and roadmap for fraud and account takeover (ATO) solutions.
• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of fraud features from discovery through launch.
• Define technical specifications, APIs, workflows and operational processes with engineering teams.
• Collaborate with legal, fraud strategy and operations to meet multi‑jurisdictional requirements.
• Partner with external vendors to scope integrations and technical requirements.
• Prioritize initiatives that improve monitoring coverage, alert quality and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• 4+ years of product management experience, preferably in fraud, crypto, trading platforms or financial infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of fraud processes, case management and ATO detection.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with engineering, legal, finance, compliance and external vendors.
• Experience managing API‑based integrations with third‑party providers.
