Product Manager

About the role

ISA is seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead the definition, prioritisation and delivery of product features that meet client needs and market trends. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and development teams, ensuring that the product backlog aligns with the overall product vision.

Key responsibilities

• Own the product backlog, groom stories, and ensure they meet the definition of ready with clear acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise features based on product vision, client feedback and market analysis.
• Collaborate with UX designers to create emotionally engaging and usable interfaces.
• Review visual designs, test cases and support QA activities.
• Monitor development progress, address performance issues and represent ISA in client meetings.
• Conduct competitive analysis and stay updated on industry trends.
• Act as Product Manager 2 in the absence of the primary manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Business Analyst, QA, Product Owner, UX Designer or Architect.
• Experience in the aviation domain is highly preferred.
• Proven track record of delivering projects on time using Scrum methodology.
• Fluent English communication skills.
