Product Manager - Talent & Culture

About the role

We are building the future of work at Talabat by treating talent architecture as a product. The role combines people‑centric design with rapid product development to create authentic employee experiences that drive growth and performance.

Key responsibilities

• Design and launch a portfolio of people experiences, from cultural rituals to growth moments, that empower employees to bring their whole selves to work.
• Partner with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs, translate them into product opportunities, and validate solutions through data and interviews.
• Lead the end‑to‑end discovery process, framing problems, prototyping, testing, and iterating solutions at scale across diverse roles, seniority levels, and country contexts.
• Define success metrics before launch, track performance, and make data‑driven decisions to keep, improve or retire experiences.
• Drive cross‑functional execution by managing dependencies, communicating roadmaps, and enabling managers through adoption plans and enablement content.

Required profile

• At least 5 years of product management experience, preferably launching products for large internal user bases.
• Strong understanding of Agile product development and the responsibilities of empowered product teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to influence senior leadership and technical as well as non‑technical stakeholders.
• Passion for human potential, employee experience, and building culture as a competitive advantage.
• Proven ability to translate research, data and market insights into actionable product solutions.
