Product Manager – Transaction Banking

About the role

We are seeking a high‑impact Product Manager to lead the evolution of our cash management and digital transaction banking portfolio. You will shape innovative offerings across APIs, e‑wallets, virtual accounts and ecosystem‑led solutions, driving revenue and market differentiation.

Key responsibilities

• Define product vision, strategy and multi‑year roadmap for cash management and digital transaction banking solutions.
• Drive innovation across payments, collections, liquidity, account services, APIs, e‑wallets, virtual accounts and ecosystem‑led digital initiatives.
• Identify market opportunities, client needs and emerging trends to shape competitive offerings.
• Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation, business case, design, build, launch, adoption tracking and continuous optimisation.
• Prioritise initiatives based on business value, regulatory requirements, client demand and feasibility.
• Ensure products are commercially viable, operationally scalable and aligned with strategic goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in product management within banking or financial services, preferably in transaction banking.
• Strong understanding of cash management, payments, collections and digital banking ecosystems.
• Ability to work across business, technology, risk, compliance and sales teams.
• Commercial mindset with focus on revenue generation and market positioning.
