Product Marketing Manager – Multi Asset

About the role

Equiti is looking for a Product Marketing Manager to shape the positioning, launch and adoption of its multi‑asset fintech suite. The role is fully remote but works closely with the Dubai‑based team to turn a growing portfolio into a clear, trusted story for customers.

Key responsibilities

• Identify user needs by analysing customer behaviour, onboarding journeys and trading patterns to inform product strategy.
• Own end‑to‑end go‑to‑market strategies for product launches, feature releases and regional roll‑outs, including audience strategy, positioning and messaging.
• Create high‑impact marketing assets such as landing pages, sales enablement decks, FAQs and in‑product messaging.
• Design event‑tracking frameworks, run experiments across acquisition, activation and retention funnels, and track adoption metrics to optimise performance.
• Conduct market and competitive research, monitor product and campaign performance, and produce insights to refine messaging and execution.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of experience in product or growth marketing, preferably within fintech or regulated digital financial services.
• Strong product and commercial mindset with the ability to translate complex financial products into simple, compelling value propositions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven stakeholder‑management capabilities across product, growth, sales and compliance teams.
