Product Marketing Manager – THV (EEMEA)

About the role

Innovation starts from the heart, and Edwards Lifesciences is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to drive therapy development for transcatheter heart valves across the EEMEA region. You will translate clinical insights into actionable marketing strategies, build referral pathways, and partner with medical, sales, and commercial teams to grow therapy adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in setting the therapy development strategy for EEMEA THV and own its outcomes.
• Translate market and clinical insights into actionable plans and quantify referral impact on procedure growth.
• Manage the therapy development budget, ensuring ROI and cost‑effectiveness.
• Build annual referral plans for Israel, the Balkans, Eastern Europe, and South Africa.
• Design and execute activation initiatives for patients, general cardiologists, and referring physicians.
• Lead cross‑functional alignment with Medical Affairs and Sales to support field execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Master’s degree or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years in sales, marketing, or healthcare.
• Proven experience in therapy development, market development, or commercial strategy within a multi‑market environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency with the MS Office Suite.
• Strong market analysis capabilities, including tracking market share, pricing, and competitive dynamics.
