Product Owner – Business Banking Digital Onboarding

About the role

The Product Owner will own the end‑to‑end digital onboarding and acquisition journeys for Business Banking customers. Acting as the primary bridge between business decision‑makers and delivery teams, you will shape the digital experience that drives customer acquisition and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Define, prioritize and maintain the Product Backlog for Business Banking digital onboarding.
• Translate customer, operational and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable user stories.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional delivery teams to ensure timely, high‑quality releases.
• Lead the strategy and implementation of emerging digital solutions such as Open Banking and AI for the SME segment.
• Ensure all product increments meet compliance standards and deliver measurable acquisition outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager in digital banking or financial services.
• Strong understanding of Business Banking, SME needs, and regulatory environments in the UAE.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
