Product Owner – Open Finance

About the role

Emirates NBD is looking for a Product Owner to lead the Open Finance vision across its digital channels, including the Liv lifestyle bank. You will translate regulatory requirements, market trends and customer needs into secure, innovative and scalable digital propositions.

Key responsibilities

• Define and communicate the product vision, strategy and roadmap for Open Finance, balancing compliance, customer value and commercial outcomes.
• Partner with business, technology, architecture, data, analytics and ecosystem partners to deliver reliable, scalable Open Finance capabilities.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog, providing clear requirements, acceptance criteria and release outcomes to agile delivery teams.
• Define and optimise success measures such as adoption, engagement, conversion, retention and customer satisfaction.
• Monitor regulatory evolution, market trends and fintech developments to identify strategic opportunities and partnerships.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in business studies or technology.
• 8‑10 years of experience in digital product ownership or delivery within banking, fintech or financial services.
• Proven experience working with regulators, risk, compliance, legal, privacy and security functions.

• Open Banking / Open Finance concepts and regulatory frameworks.
• API integration and API‑led product development.
• Payments and data aggregation solutions.
• Consent management and personal finance management (PFM) capabilities.
