Product Owner – Ras Al Khaimah (UAE)

About the role

We are looking for an ambitious Product Owner to join our partner’s fast‑growing tech team on‑site in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. You will bridge business objectives with technical execution, drive product vision and ensure delivery of high‑quality features.

Key responsibilities

• Formulate, refine and prioritize backlog items, set sprint objectives and oversee product increments from design to production.
• Gather, verify and maintain functional and non‑functional requirements, ensuring Epics, User Stories and Change Requests meet quality standards.
• Define clear Acceptance Criteria with stakeholders to guide QA testing and uphold product standards.
• Act as the central communicator between development teams and business stakeholders, maintaining transparency and alignment.
• Participate in quarterly OKR planning, estimate deliverables and keep the product roadmap aligned with business goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience as a Product Owner or in a related role such as Business Analyst or System Analyst.
• Strong understanding of Scrum/Agile methodologies, product architecture and the full requirements lifecycle.
• Good grasp of UX principles and product lifecycle processes.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to identify bottlenecks and make swift decisions.
• Advanced English proficiency and proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams without direct authority.
