Product Owner UX

About the role

Revolut is seeking a Product Owner with a strong focus on UX to lead the roadmap for consumer‑facing mobile products. You will own the product from ideation through launch and ongoing growth, collaborating closely with Design, Engineering, Data and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define team goals, success metrics and product roadmap aligned with company objectives.
• Drive impact using data analysis, market research and strategic insight.
• Own the end‑to‑end product lifecycle: ideation, development, launch, growth and maintenance.
• Partner with Design and UX teams to craft seamless customer journeys.
• Coordinate with Engineering to ensure timely and high‑quality delivery.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Legal, Strategy and other stakeholders.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in a high‑growth tech or finance‑related environment.
• 2+ years proven success leading consumer‑facing mobile products.
• 1+ years experience managing people.
• Outstanding communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Strong analytical acumen and business sense for ROI‑based prioritisation.
• Track record of defining product vision and delivering results in fast‑paced, ambiguous settings.
