Product & Portfolio Marketer – Dubai

About the role

Copeland is seeking a Product Cum Portfolio Marketer to lead the full product lifecycle and go‑to‑market strategy for its climate‑technology solutions. Based in Dubai, you will bridge product management and portfolio marketing to drive profitable growth and market adoption.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute 5‑year product roadmaps, manage product P&L, and define positioning that aligns with customer and market insights.
• Create and deliver go‑to‑market strategies, sales enablement tools, and persona‑based messaging to support product launches and cross‑sell opportunities.
• Gather Voice of Customer data, translate it into product requirements, and collaborate with engineering, operations and commercial teams to ensure successful delivery.
• Support pricing strategy with cost, feature and value driver inputs, and monitor KPI performance such as revenue, market share and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of experience in product management, product development or marketing with a proven track record of delivering roadmaps and revenue targets.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, able to align cross‑functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, marketing or a related field; advanced knowledge of P&L management and ROI analysis.
