Product Specialist Bio

About the role

Sandoz is seeking a Product Specialist Bio to drive competitive sales growth across the UAE market. The role focuses on identifying high-potential healthcare professionals, building lasting relationships, and delivering value-based solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high-potential customers (HCPs and stakeholders) through data analysis to influence prescription decisions.
• Orchestrate positive customer experiences and engage in value-based conversations both in-person and virtually.
• Personalize and manage customer engagement journeys using multiple channels and relevant content.
• Develop deep insights by gathering feedback, sharing with internal teams, and adjusting territory plans dynamically.
• Collaborate compliantly with cross-functional teams to design solutions that address unmet customer and patient needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical or related sciences.
• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty line pharma, preferably gastroenterology or rheumatology.
• Strong understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market, especially Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
• Proven ability to engage KOLs/KDMs and build long-term business relationships.
• Scientific knowledge with eagerness to learn and a professional, team-oriented approach.
