Product Specialist – Bio (Pharma)

About the role

The Product Specialist – Bio will drive competitive sales growth for Sandoz in the UAE by identifying high‑potential customers, building strong relationships with healthcare professionals, and delivering value‑based solutions that improve patient outcomes.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prioritize high‑potential HCPs and stakeholders through data analysis to influence prescription decisions.
• Conduct value‑based conversations in‑person and virtually to uncover customer challenges, decision drivers, and opportunities.
• Design and orchestrate personalised engagement journeys across multiple channels, reflecting customer preferences and available content.
• Develop sustained collaborations with opinion leaders and medical influencers to enhance the patient journey.
• Gather deep customer insights, translate feedback into actionable plans, and share insights with internal teams to shape product content and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmaceutical science or a related scientific discipline.
• Minimum 2 years experience in specialty line pharma, preferably in gastroenterology or rheumatology.
• Comprehensive understanding of the UAE pharmaceutical market, especially Abu Dhabi/Dubai.
• Proven experience engaging KOLs/KDMs and building long‑term business relationships.
