About the role
The Product Specialist – Home Finance will manage MIS for Real Estate Finance and Home Finance portfolios, coordinate incentive payments, business continuity, and risk management activities, and support product and procedural updates.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly MIS reports, dashboards and performance scorecards for Real Estate Finance and Home Finance.
- Manage sales incentive calculations, credit/lead tracking dashboards and staff finance repayment sheets.
- Coordinate Business Continuity Plan (BCP) and Operational Risk Management (ORM) activities, including RCSA reporting.
- Oversee property valuation processes, insurance renewals, and related payments.
- Support audit queries, product program renewals, and data updates for ongoing projects.
Required profile
- University degree with at least 9 years of relevant experience in MIS, real‑estate finance or investment analysis.
- Strong command of written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Good computer knowledge (e.g., MS Office, reporting tools).
