Product Specialist - Nutrition & Dietetics (Dubai)

About the role

A pharma team in Dubai is looking for a proactive Product Specialist who bridges medical knowledge and commercial strategy. You will engage healthcare professionals, drive market penetration and promote clinical awareness for a leading pharmaceutical portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• KOL and HCP engagement: deliver 1-on-1 sales presentations, group discussions and medical educational programmes to Healthcare Professionals to show product efficacy and clinical value.
• Act as product ambassador: keep up-to-date knowledge of clinical trial data, medical news and treatment protocols to position products effectively.
• Sales and forecasting: achieve and exceed sales targets in assigned territories and forecast demand to support operational planning.
• Market expansion: build and expand long-term relationships with existing clinical clients and key accounts.
• Enablement and training: organise product trainings, territory projects and field activities to support cross-functional sales.
• Market intelligence: gather and report field insights, competitor moves and market trends to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition & Dietetics or a closely related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in pharmaceutical sales or product specialist roles.
• Exceptional verbal and written English, with strong interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Consultative selling, negotiation, cross-selling and scientific presentation.
• Proficiency in MS Office and standard field reporting/CRM platforms.
