Product Specialist – Oncology

About the role

The Product Specialist – Oncology will generate demand for AstraZeneca’s LC.GI franchise within key accounts in Dubai. You will work closely with multidisciplinary teams and decision‑making units to promote innovative oncology medicines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop account strategies and identify opportunities to improve positioning of AZ innovative medicines locally.
• Engage medical oncologists and multidisciplinary teams in discussions about approved indications, efficacy, safety, and treatment protocols.
• Build and maintain long‑term collaborative relationships with stakeholders and share insights across AZ functions.
• Deliver scientific education to healthcare professionals through workshops and science‑based discussions.
• Achieve sales targets, manage budgets, and ensure forecasts meet or exceed expectations.
• Promote fair‑balance messaging and appropriate promotional tools in line with national/local guidelines.
• Complete all required training, product examinations and comply with external regulations and internal policies.
• Report health, safety, adverse events and status changes according to AZ procedures.

Required profile

• Completion of all mandatory training and product examinations.
