Product Strategy Manager

About the role

Murphy's Aircraft is seeking a Product Strategy Manager to drive expansion into new markets, countries, and business lines. You will own the strategic decisions on where to play next and turn those decisions into scalable, repeatable products.

Key responsibilities

• Own market, product, and channel selection and size opportunities.
• Stand up new bets from 0 to 1, including loan servicing, receivables, and financial‑crime agents.
• Turn channels into an expansion engine and sequence multi‑market relationships with partners like Santander, Revolut, and BBVA.
• Dive deep into regulation, unit economics, and channel margin to design elegant solutions.

Required profile

• Highly analytical and creative visionary with a track record of launching successful bets.
• STEM degree with top‑of‑class academic performance.
• Technical, rigorous with numbers, and AI‑native with a strong quality focus.
• Ability to learn new domains quickly without prior collections or fintech experience.
