Production Coordinator

About the role

Electra is seeking a detail‑oriented Production Coordinator to join immediately and help streamline production activities for events across the GCC. The role focuses on ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and meet quality standards while collaborating with multiple internal and external teams.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production schedules and maintain smooth workflow across departments.
• Monitor project progress, identify bottlenecks and implement corrective actions.
• Liaise with production teams, designers, suppliers, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment.
• Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation.
• Track inventory, materials, and resources to avoid delays or shortages.
• Assist in quality‑control checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
• Support management in planning, forecasting, and implementing process improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
• 2–5 years of experience in production coordination, project management, or operations support.
• Familiarity with production processes, scheduling, and inventory management.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with ERP systems or production‑management software.
