Production Manager – Plastic Manufacturing Factory

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead daily operations at our plastic manufacturing factory in Dubai. The role oversees multiple production lines, ensures delivery targets are met, and maintains high standards of quality, safety, and cost efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily production schedules across blow molding, rotational molding, extrusion, and injection molding lines.
• Coordinate with quality control, maintenance, warehouse, procurement, and dispatch teams to meet output targets.
• Monitor machine performance, downtime, waste, and implement corrective actions.
• Control raw material usage, manpower allocation, and shift planning.
• Review production reports, material consumption, rejection rates, and equipment breakdowns.
• Drive productivity improvements, waste reduction, and cost control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and maintain a safe factory environment.

Required profile

• 8–10 years of experience in plastic manufacturing or industrial production.
• 3–5 years in production management or factory operations.
• Experience with blow molding, rotational molding, extrusion, or injection molding preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Production, or Polymer Engineering (or equivalent technical qualification with strong experience).
• Prior experience in the UAE/GCC region is an advantage.
