About the role
The Production Planning Supervisor will lead the creation and management of production schedules to ensure efficient operations and timely fulfillment of demand. Based in Dubai, you will coordinate with production teams, monitor inventory, and adjust plans to keep the factory running smoothly.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare detailed weekly production schedules based on the monthly demand forecast.
- Adjust schedules promptly to address line failures or gaps, ensuring full order quantities per SKU are met each week.
- Monitor daily inventory stock and SKU coverage, taking actions to keep preforms and closures available for production lines.
- Release Production Orders (POs) and track execution against the schedule.
- Develop the monthly master production schedule.
Required profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in production planning or related fields.
- Experience in the FMCG food sector.
- Ability to lead planning functions and coordinate with cross‑functional teams.
