Production Supervisor

About the role

Vieco Pharmaceuticals is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor to lead its manufacturing operations in JAFZA, Dubai. The role ensures that all production activities comply with cGMP standards, company policies, and safety regulations while maintaining high quality and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with cGMP and internal SOPs.
• Maintain clean, safe, and well‑maintained equipment and work areas.
• Lead operators, provide training, and communicate company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering departments to guarantee material availability, equipment setup, and process validation.
• Develop and update SOPs, BMRs, MMFs, BPRs, and MPFs for new products.
• Implement preventive and breakdown maintenance, calibration, and qualification activities.
• Ensure proper documentation practices and handle incident reporting.
• Identify improvement opportunities and report them to senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing (approximately 96 months).
• Strong knowledge of cGMP, Good Documentation Practices, and validation procedures.
• Ability to lead teams, train staff, and enforce safety and environmental regulations.
