Professional Educator-Nail Trainer

About the role

ADI International seeks a commercially driven Professional Educator/Nail Trainer to support its sales team and grow the professional salon business in Abu Dhabi and Al Ain. The role blends technical education with a strong sales mindset, requiring frequent field visits and close collaboration with premium salons.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver product and technical training to salon owners, managers, stylists and therapists.
• Accompany sales representatives on field visits, providing technical and commercial support.
• Assist in new account openings, brand conversions, demonstrations and closing opportunities.
• Build relationships with key accounts, premium salons and industry influencers.
• Identify client technical needs and recommend appropriate products, protocols and solutions.
• Conduct in‑salon demonstrations, workshops, academies, launch events and product presentations.
• Follow up post‑training to ensure correct product usage and drive repeat orders.
• Support under‑performing accounts by pinpointing gaps in product knowledge or service execution.

Required profile

• Arabic speaker with strong professional English communication skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in the professional beauty/salon industry, preferably with premium/high‑end salons in the UAE.
• Existing knowledge and relationships within the Abu Dhabi and Al Ain salon market is a strong advantage.
• UAE driving licence preferred and professional appearance required.
