Program Manager – Corporate Banking, Private Banking & Marketing

About the role

The Program Manager for Corporate Banking, Private Banking & Marketing ensures the bank selects the right projects, invests wisely, and delivers them effectively to achieve strategic value. The role leads the Business & Function CPMO Project Portfolio Managers, providing governance, alignment with corporate strategy, and enterprise‑level decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Govern the portfolio, aligning projects with corporate strategy and ensuring delivery on time and within budget.
• Prepare and run the monthly Portfolio Governance Committee, reporting status, risks, and recommendations to senior executives.
• Monitor portfolio‑level risks and issues, providing visibility and escalation support to senior management.
• Define portfolio dashboards, KPIs, and reporting structures to drive enterprise visibility and transparency.
• Engage with Business, Technology, Enablement & Control teams to prioritize demand, review financials, and develop a master resource plan.
• Coach executives and delivery teams on portfolio thinking and ensure benefits are defined, tracked, and realized.

Required profile

• University degree in Technology, Management or equivalent.
• 15+ years total experience, with at least 10 years in portfolio management and governance.
• Minimum 5 years overseeing large programs and presenting to executive level.
• PMP, PRINCE2 (or equivalent) and Agile (S@Fe or similar) certifications.
• Experience managing a team of 5‑10 professionals.
