Program Manager

About the role

The Program Manager leads cross‑functional new product development and sustaining projects, coordinating engineering, manufacturing, procurement, quality, logistics, marketing, sales and other teams to deliver solutions on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate cross‑functional planning and execution, ensuring projects meet scope, schedule, and cost targets.
• Monitor team schedules, coordinate critical‑path activities, and provide executive‑level updates.
• Develop reporting and tracking tools to keep projects on target.
• Identify and resolve key issues and risks, preparing contingency plans as needed.
• Ensure adherence to the NPDi (New Product Development & Introduction) process.
• Support project team members and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (MBA a plus).
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and achieve common goals.
• Strong problem‑solving, data analysis, and project‑planning skills.
• Experience presenting to senior stakeholders and managing meetings.
• Familiarity with 3‑phase power distribution or Busbar products is preferred.
