Project Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our dynamic team and support project operations through efficient documentation, coordination and site communication. The role bridges the office and field, ensuring that project information flows smoothly and that all administrative tasks are handled accurately.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage all project‑related documents, drawings, and correspondence.
• Track submittals, approvals, and revisions to ensure proper version control.
• Coordinate between project managers, site engineers, procurement, and clients for timely information exchange.
• Assist with scheduling, progress tracking, and preparation of weekly and monthly reports.
• Support site teams with administrative needs such as manpower updates, material logs, and record‑keeping.
• Prepare meeting minutes, follow up on action points, and ensure smooth day‑to‑day coordination between office and site.
• Assist the Project Manager in planning and liaise with the Purchase department to ensure timely material availability on site.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and project requirements in all documentation and communication.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a construction or landscaping company.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Detail‑oriented, reliable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with document control systems.
