Project CFO

About the role

The Project CFO will lead the financial function for Anton Oilfield Services Group, ensuring robust financial governance, strategic tax planning, and efficient asset utilization across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and enforce national financial and accounting regulations and develop company‑wide financial policies.
• Build an information‑based, automated, and intelligent financial information system.
• Supervise asset safety and integrity, improve asset utilization, and accelerate turnover.
• Formulate and enforce cost‑control policies, manage budget control and period‑expense analysis.
• Establish a real‑time financial information reflection system and coordinate audits for listed entities.
• Liaise with external auditors, ensure timely performance disclosures, and provide business‑focused financial analysis.
• Develop global tax strategies, monitor tax compliance, and design annual tax budgets.
• Create and improve internal financial control systems, assess financial risks, and implement risk‑mitigation measures.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of national financial and accounting regulations.
• Proven experience in building and managing automated financial information systems.
• Demonstrated ability to oversee asset integrity, cost control, and budget management.
• Experience coordinating with external auditors and delivering strategic financial analysis.
• Expertise in developing tax strategies and managing tax compliance.
• Capability to design internal control frameworks and assess financial risks.
