Project Control Manager – Offshore Projects

About the role

KBR is seeking an experienced Project Control Manager to support a major offshore project for ADNOC in Abu Dhabi. The role will be based on‑site at the client or contractor office and will provide strategic oversight of planning, scheduling, cost control, risk management and reporting throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage a multidisciplinary Project Controls team including planning, cost, risk and reporting engineers.
• Develop, implement and enforce Project Controls procedures, systems and reporting requirements in line with ADNOC standards.
• Establish and maintain integrated schedules covering engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning and start‑up activities.
• Review and approve EPC contractor baseline schedules, monitor milestones, critical paths and schedule performance indicators.
• Conduct delay analysis, develop recovery plans and manage schedule risks.
• Set up cost control systems, monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures and forecasts, and produce periodic cost reports.
• Provide timely performance information to support management decision‑making and ensure project objectives for cost, schedule, quality, safety and operational readiness are met.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading Project Controls functions on offshore or large‑scale engineering projects.
• Strong knowledge of ADNOC project execution, governance and reporting standards.
• Ability to guide multidisciplinary teams and provide professional advice on all Project Controls matters.
• Demonstrated capability to develop and maintain integrated project schedules and cost control systems.
