Project Controls Manager

About the role

We are constantly growing and looking for an experienced Project Controls Manager to join our international Operations Control team on newly awarded Oil & Gas projects in the UAE. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, you will supervise and coordinate all Project Controls activities, ensuring work is carried out according to schedule, budget and quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Assign responsibilities within the team to ensure optimal delivery.
• Manage scope in cooperation with the Project Manager, Operations Controls Manager and Contract Manager.
• Establish and maintain a detailed, resource‑loaded project schedule with other department heads.
• Monitor progress of works and subcontractors, identify concerns and propose mitigation plans.
• Oversee data collection for planning, invoicing, controlling and reporting, and prepare contractual and internal reports.
• Implement invoicing and cost control procedures in line with company policies.

Required profile

• University degree in Engineering.
• Minimum 15 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a management role within the construction industry.
• Proven experience on EPC projects above US$100 M with ADNOC or equivalent, covering all project phases.
