About the role

As part of AECOM’s commitment to Emiratisation, this position is open only to UAE nationals with a family book. The Project Coordinator will support engineering tasks under moderate supervision, contributing to the delivery of infrastructure projects in Dubai.

Key responsibilities

• Perform specific and limited portions of a broader assignment of an experienced engineer.
• Gather and correlate basic engineering data using established procedures.
• Work on detailed or routine engineering assignments involving calculations and simple tests.
• Propose approaches to solve new problems encountered.
• Identify discrepancies in results.
• Provide guidance to entry‑level engineers.
• Perform work in accordance with agreed budget and schedule with moderate supervision.

Required profile

• UAE national with a valid family book.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
• 3 to 6 years of relevant engineering experience, internships, or academic project exposure.
• Basic understanding of engineering principles, calculations, and industry standards.
• Ability to gather, analyze, and correlate engineering data using established procedures.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively.
• Willingness to work under moderate supervision while taking ownership of tasks.
