Project Coordinator – EPC Projects

About the role

The Project Coordinator will act as the central point of contact between end‑users, third‑party contractors and the Projects Division, ensuring smooth execution of EPC projects from planning through close‑out. This role involves organizing resources, tracking material flow, and maintaining compliance with warranty and contractual conditions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist Planning Engineers and Project Managers in preliminary scheduling of major projects.
• Monitor material deliveries, asset movements, and work progress, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with contractors, workshops, and warehouses to review repair status, spare availability, and receipt of project items.
• Prepare annual budget requirements, allocate resources, and support project correspondences and system‑related issues.
• Maintain tendering processes in SAP, including work order preparation, bid invitations, technical and commercial evaluations, and service work order issuance.
• Generate change order review forms, obtain internal approvals, and update weekly material and service status reports.

Required profile

• Diploma minimum qualification.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in project coordination, preferably within EPC environments.
• Professional certifications as applicable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP (Project System Module).
• Experience in project scheduling and material management.
