About the role
Class Act Middle East is looking for a full-time Project Coordinator based in Abu Dhabi to support senior producers in coordinating multiple events at once. The role ensures smooth communication between internal teams, vendors and clients.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain project schedules, trackers and documentation
- Coordinate between creative, production, logistics and client teams
- Source and liaise with vendors and suppliers
- Assist on site during event setup, live days and breakdown
- Prepare reports, proposals and post-event summaries
Required profile
- 2+ years of experience in event coordination or project management
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to stay calm and effective under pressure
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Project management tools
