Project Coordinator – Food & Beverage

About the role

The Project Coordinator – Food & Beverage will oversee design projects from concept through hand‑over, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The role blends creative design development with rigorous project coordination, vendor management and on‑site supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Develop 2D and 3D layouts and visualisations using AutoCAD, 3Ds Max and V‑Ray.
• Coordinate schedules and design specifications with contractors, consultants and MEP technicians.
• Source material samples, evaluate suppliers and prepare presentation boards and site reports.
• Conduct regular pre‑opening site visits to monitor work quality, track progress, record snags and ensure corrective actions.
• Manage permits, landlord and authority approvals and maintain daily project logs.
• Provide additional design, technical or administrative support to keep projects on schedule.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience coordinating design projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Degree or diploma in Architecture or Interior Design with a strong portfolio of design and visualisation work.
• Excellent communication, organisation and stakeholder‑management skills.
