Project Coordinator - Recruitment

About the role

DeepLight AI, an AI and data consultancy partnering with major UAE institutions including a tier-one banking partner, is seeking a Project Coordinator - Recruitment for its embedded delivery team. The role sits at the heart of a major banking resourcing program, coordinating end-to-end recruitment for Fixed-Term Contract (FTC) positions and project-based specialist roles alongside bank hiring managers, internal PMO leads and external agency partners.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, standardize and refine job descriptions with bank department heads and hiring managers, aligned to FTC project needs
• Own scheduling and management of multi-stage interview panels, including calendars, candidate communications and feedback collection
• Coordinate distribution, tracking and collation of candidate testing links and technical assessments
• Serve as the main contact for recruitment agencies: deliver candidate briefs, screen profiles and build shortlists
• Draft, submit and track Statements of Work (SoWs) through finance, commercial and legal approvals
• Maintain recruitment dashboards, pipeline reports and vendor tracking logs for executive review

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Project Management or a related field
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in recruitment coordination, talent acquisition operations or PMO resourcing support
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, attention to detail and strong multi-tasking
• An edge: prior recruitment or talent management experience in a bank or financial institution in the UAE/GCC, or experience in a technology consultancy managing embedded client resourcing
