Project Engineer – Bridge Construction & Maintenance

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Engineer to join our bridge maintenance and construction team in Dubai. The role involves planning, coordinating and supervising bridge works while ensuring compliance with specifications, quality, safety and schedule requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and supervise bridge construction and maintenance activities on‑site.
• Coordinate daily operations with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and clients.
• Monitor progress, budgets and schedules to ensure timely and cost‑effective delivery.
• Review engineering drawings, specifications, method statements and technical submittals.
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, RTA and other authority requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in bridge construction, rehabilitation or maintenance, preferably on UAE projects.
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Strong knowledge of bridge structures, concrete repair, bearings and expansion joints.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Experience with project management tools.
