Project Engineer – Development Business Unit

About the role

The Project Engineer will support the Development Business Unit by assisting senior project managers with technical aspects of multiple projects. The role focuses on tracking progress, coordinating design and construction activities, and ensuring project requirements are met.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and update project status reports for the delivery team.
• Schedule, coordinate, and monitor assigned tasks across design and construction phases.
• Interact daily with consultants and contractors to verify compliance with project specifications and timelines.
• Review engineering deliverables and trigger corrective actions when needed.
• Assist in developing strategies for successful project delivery, emphasizing quality, safety, and sustainability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related engineering discipline.
• 2‑4 years of relevant experience in project progress monitoring and design coordination.
• Strong communication, time‑management, and leadership abilities.
• Commercial awareness and ethical decision‑making.
