Project Engineer – EPC Projects (Oil & Gas)

About the role

The Project Engineer will work closely with the Project Engineering Manager to coordinate engineering activities, ensuring that project deadlines and budgets are met for EPC contracts in the oil, gas and petrochemical sector.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise specific multi‑disciplinary activities and critical engineering cycles while respecting contract budgets and execution timelines.
• Report status, planning updates and critical issues to the Project Engineering Manager.
• Assist in defining and preparing coordination and engineering project execution procedures.
• Ensure the quality of multidisciplinary project documents in line with contract requirements.
• Support the selection of basic technical solutions, balancing technical, economic and schedule considerations.
• Help maintain and apply departmental standards, procedures and operative instructions.
• Share experiences and best practices with peers across the Group companies.
• Promote professional growth of internal resources by delivering training when required.

Required profile

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in engineering (mandatory).
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience on EPC projects within the oil, gas & petrochemical industry.
