Project Engineer – FEED/EPC & Construction

About the role

We are seeking a Project Engineer to support the execution of planning activities across FEED, EPC and Construction phases for a client based in Dubai. The role involves ensuring project scope, schedule and cost are well‑defined, monitored and controlled throughout the project life‑cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Project Manager and Senior Project Engineer in meeting project objectives and goals.
• Maintain consistency, quality and compliance of the project scope from FEED to project close‑out.
• Develop and update the Project Execution Plan, aligning it with the Program Execution Plan.
• Implement project standards and procedures, ensuring EPC and contractor compliance.
• Facilitate risk‑identification, mitigation planning and change‑management processes.
• Coordinate procurement of long‑lead and critical equipment during FEED.
• Drive interface management, resolve critical conflicts and support HSE alignment.
• Lead design‑review meetings and ensure closure of all technical items.
• Support team integration, communication and documentation transfer at project close‑out.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project planning and execution within FEED, EPC and construction environments.
• Strong understanding of project scope, schedule and cost control.
• Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and external contractors.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills.
