Project Engineer - Interior Design (Residential Villas)

About the role

An experienced Project Engineer is sought to lead high-end residential villa interior design and execution projects from concept through final handover. The role covers project planning, execution, budgeting, procurement, quality, client communication and site operations, delivering projects on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple luxury villa interior design and fit-out projects at once, developing schedules, milestones and resource plans.
• Coordinate with interior designers, architects, MEP and structural consultants and contractors, reviewing drawings, BOQs, specifications and shop drawings.
• Ensure design intent is maintained and resolve technical and site issues promptly.
• Supervise site engineers, supervisors, subcontractors and suppliers, and monitor daily site activities against the schedule.
• Conduct regular site inspections to maintain quality and safety, and ensure work complies with approved drawings and UAE regulations.

Required profile

• 5+ years of UAE experience in residential/villa interior design.
• Strong knowledge of interior site execution.
• Ability to read drawings and manage multiple stakeholders.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.
