Project Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Project Engineer to support planning, coordination and day‑to‑day site execution on our Al Jurf development. The role ensures that construction activities are carried out safely, on schedule and in accordance with approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review drawings, specifications and project documents and raise technical queries.
• Coordinate with consultants for RFIs and obtain clarifications.
• Monitor daily civil, structural, MEP and finishing works to ensure compliance with method statements.
• Prepare and review shop drawings, as‑built drawings and technical submittals.
• Support planning activities and liaise with procurement to secure timely material delivery.
• Inspect work, manage non‑conformities, maintain quality records and enforce HSE procedures.
• Track subcontractor performance, resolve site issues and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
• Assist with progress claims, variations and documentation for clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
• 5–10 years of experience in building construction, preferably luxury villas and high‑rise projects.
• Strong understanding of construction methods, sequencing and finishing standards.
• Proven ability to work with consultants, subcontractors and multidisciplinary site teams.
