Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will lead the technical execution of construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that designs are applied correctly on site and that any technical challenges are resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate all technical aspects of the project, from planning to handover.
• Manage day‑to‑day site activities, including civil works, material handling, manpower and equipment.
• Provide solutions to unexpected technical problems and guide subordinates for efficient workflow.
• Ensure quality control and safety compliance, monitoring subcontractor performance.
• Liaise with clients, architects, engineers and surveyors, attending regular progress meetings.
• Verify plans, drawings and quantities for accuracy and compliance with specifications.
• Oversee material selection and requisition to meet project specifications.
• Prepare weekly, monthly and quarterly reports for senior management.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in waterproofing.
• BSc in Civil Engineering.
• Valid driving licence.
• Familiarity with Aconex and quality‑control submission procedures.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
