Project Engineer

About the role

The Project Engineer will report to the Project Manager for the Middle East region and be based in Dubai. This role supports the growth of the security systems business by assisting in design, estimation and execution of physical security projects.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct site surveys across the assigned territory and coordinate subcontractors for installation works.
• Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor engineering projects, ensuring compliance with codes, QA/QC policies and performance standards.
• Interact daily with clients to interpret requirements and represent them in the field.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering or a similar discipline.
• 6‑8 years of project engineering experience in low‑voltage physical security systems within the UAE.
• Strong analytical, strategic thinking and project costing skills.

Required skills

• Design and execution of Access Control, CCTV, Intercom, Network, Gate Barrier and Intrusion Systems.
• Preparation of high‑quality technical documentation and cost estimates.
• Understanding of contractual obligations and client/vendor communications.
