About the role

Penspen is seeking an experienced Project Engineer (Offshore) to support its PMS project in the UAE, reporting to the Project Head or Senior Project Engineer and coordinating design and construction activities.

Key responsibilities

Liaise with design and construction disciplines during tendering, design and construction stages.
Provide project support activities, including contract administration and coordination.

Required profile

Minimum 10 years of experience in engineering, procurement, construction, contract administration, coordination and project support for on‑shore oil & gas projects.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel.
Knowledge of Saudi Aramco Desktop Standard is advantageous.
