Project Finance Manager

About the role

Infinity Power is seeking an experienced Project Finance Manager to lead the financing and delivery of renewable energy projects in Dubai. The role involves structuring finance, building models, analysing investments, assessing risks and supporting the financial close process. You will work closely with internal teams, lenders and external advisors throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and support project financing activities, including financial structuring and transaction execution.
• Develop, review and maintain financial models, valuations and investment analyses.
• Coordinate with banks, lenders, financial advisors and other external stakeholders.
• Support financing documentation, due diligence and financial close processes.
• Evaluate project risks, financing assumptions, investment returns and funding requirements.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Finance, Legal and other internal teams to ensure successful project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business or a related field.
• Strong project finance experience, preferably in renewable energy, power or infrastructure.
• Excellent analytical abilities and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
