Project Lead – Curriculum Development

About the role

The Curriculum & Learning Lead will design, develop, and continuously improve high‑impact learning programs that align with organisational goals and market demands. Reporting to the Strategy and Business Development Head, you will ensure curricula are innovative, practical, and deliver measurable outcomes for learners and partner organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of training programs, certifications, workshops, and learning pathways aligned with industry trends.
• Create learning outcomes, competency frameworks, assessments and instructional materials.
• Design engaging learner experiences using blended adult‑learning methodologies and modern digital tools.
• Collaborate with trainers, facilitators and subject‑matter experts, onboarding and briefing them on curriculum objectives.
• Maintain curriculum quality, ensure accreditation compliance and manage documentation for audit readiness.
• Identify emerging skill trends, recommend new certifications and support strategic partnerships with customised curricula.
• Coordinate with operations, marketing, partnerships and technology teams to ensure launch readiness and LMS integration.

Required profile

• Proven experience in curriculum design, instructional development and learning program management.
• Strong project‑management skills with the ability to coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Experience working with subject‑matter experts and delivering trainer briefings.
• Knowledge of accreditation standards and quality‑assurance processes.
• Ability to analyse feedback data and continuously improve learning solutions.
