Project Management Strategy Specialist

About the role

The Specialist – Strategic Projects in LAHAB plays a pivotal role in driving organisational transformation and business excellence at EDGE. You will define, lead and monitor high‑impact internal strategic projects, support governance frameworks and communicate progress to internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and scope high‑impact strategic projects focused on internal development, process optimisation and organisational change.
• Manage end‑to‑end execution of cross‑functional initiatives within a complex, technology‑driven manufacturing environment.
• Track milestones, deliverables, budgets and risks to ensure alignment with corporate objectives.
• Support design, rollout and enforcement of corporate governance structures and PMO methodologies.
• Establish strategic KPIs, tracking mechanisms and executive dashboards for performance monitoring.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Defence Studies.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken) for executive reporting and stakeholder management.
• 3–5+ years of experience in strategic project management, in‑house consulting or PMO functions, preferably in defence, aerospace or heavy industry.
