Project Manager – 380kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager for a client based in the UAE. The selected candidate will lead the execution of 380 kV Overhead Transmission Line (OHTL) projects, ensuring timely, safe, and high‑quality delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects from post‑award to completion, including detailed budget planning and resource forecasting.
• Oversee vendor management, commercial and contractual terms, and client communications.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget while complying with health and safety regulations.
• Coordinate with subcontractors for material delivery, local purchases, and payments.
• Drive business development initiatives such as competitor analysis, strategic partnerships, and promotion.
• Engage with local authorities and political entities to facilitate seamless execution.
• Handle change claims and process them through to realization.

Required profile

• B.E / BTech – Civil (Regular) degree.
• Minimum 15 years of experience on OHTL projects above 380 kV.
• Proven Gulf region experience.
