Project Manager – Buildings

About the role

Parsons is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead diverse projects that deliver innovative and practical solutions for communities. The role involves managing project scope, performance, and objectives, while aligning with client requirements, contract terms, and company policies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary company representative with the client and selected subcontractors throughout project execution.
• Negotiate scope changes with the client and key subcontractors and support efforts to secure additional work.
• Oversee development of Project Execution, Health and Safety, and QA/QC plans.
• Manage all technical, commercial, financial, and administrative aspects of the project.
• Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and execution plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Identify risks to cost or schedule and implement corrective action plans.
• Lead regular project review meetings to monitor performance and define action items.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field from a recognized university.
• Minimum of 10 years’ project management experience, including at least 5 years on buildings and residential projects within the UAE.
• Broad technical and business knowledge with professional registration may be required.
• Demonstrated leadership capability and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must meet Parsons’ project management certification requirements.
