Project Manager – Civil (High‑Rise Tower Projects)

About the role

The Project Manager (Civil) will lead the end‑to‑end delivery of high‑rise tower projects in Abu Dhabi, overseeing everything from deep basement works to final handover. This ground‑to‑roof position requires strong technical leadership and coordination across civil, structural and architectural teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead site mobilisation, enabling works and deep basement construction, including piling, shoring and dewatering.
• Direct raft foundation works, ensuring compliance with thermal‑mass concrete and structural waterproofing requirements.
• Manage the typical floor construction cycle, high‑performance concrete placement, post‑tensioning slab sequences and the deployment of tower cranes, passenger hoists and placing booms.
• Coordinate civil‑structural interface with façade installation to keep the building sealed according to the master schedule.
• Oversee internal civil finishes – masonry, plaster, screed, tiling and high‑end floor/wall finishes – and ensure readiness for luxury fit‑out.
• Lead snagging and de‑snagging to meet 5‑star quality standards.
• Act as primary contact for Abu Dhabi Municipality and Civil Defense inspections, permits and compliance.
• Ensure Estidama Pearl Rating targets are achieved for materials and waste management.
• Control the project critical path using Primavera P6 and manage civil budget and subcontractor variations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (accredited/attested).
• 15–20 years of construction experience.
• Completed at least two high‑rise tower projects (G+30 and above) from base to finishing.
