Project Manager – Commercial Construction

About the role

Unitek General Contracting LLC is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead commercial construction and fit‑out projects in Abu Dhabi. The role involves overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting to execution and handover, ensuring safety, quality and client satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction projects from planning through completion.
• Oversee project execution while ensuring quality, safety and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors and internal teams.
• Monitor schedules, budgets and resource allocation.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications and company standards.
• Resolve project‑related issues and implement effective solutions.
• Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Lead site coordination and maintain efficient project operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related field (preferred).
• Minimum 8 years of UAE construction experience, preferably in commercial construction, fit‑out or facility management.
• Valid UAE driving licence (mandatory).
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
