Project Manager – Construction & Development

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead high‑profile construction and development projects from concept through handover for a leading regional developer. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage consultants and contractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage projects through the full development and construction lifecycle.
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to achieve project objectives.
• Support design development, ensuring quality, constructability, and compliance with project requirements.
• Monitor programmes, budgets, risks, and change‑management processes.
• Oversee procurement activities and contractor performance.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC, HSE, and governance standards.
• Prepare regular project reports and communicate progress to stakeholders.
• Manage site activities, quality inspections, handover, and the defects liability period.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
• 5–10 years of experience delivering construction or real‑estate development projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles across design and construction phases.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience managing consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Professional membership (RICS, CIOB, RIBA, PMP, or equivalent) is advantageous.
• Previous experience with a reputable developer in the UAE is desirable.
